There are always arguments over what method of training is best for solid gains. Where certain individuals aim for building quality muscle through intense bodybuilding style training, there are other individuals that swear by calisthenic training as the holy grail of fitness. While both approaches have their benefits and drawbacks, what is certain is that both methods can be effective.
Many times you’ll find individuals who are too stubborn to try both methods. Some will fall into the bodybuilding camp stating that it’s the ultimate way to build muscle and strength and that shifting to calisthenics will only mean losing all of their gains.
