Ramadan is all about being disciplined. If you have unhealthy habits that you struggled to let go, this is your chance. Try and quit smoking, make efforts to run at the beach after Iftar, dedicate time for family, and most importantly stay away from all guilty (sometimes sinful) pleasures during the Holy Month. It’s quite a challenge, but a worthy one.
