HOLLYOAKS babe Jazmine Franks has showed off her amazing body transformation after getting into powerlifting.
The actress, 26, has kept her fans up to date with her new gruelling fitness regime since she left the soap in April.
Jazmine, who played Esther Bloom on the Channel 4 show, started wieght-lifting 18 months ago and can now deadlift 136kg, according to the Mirror.
The star can apparently also squat 120kg and bench press 60kg, having turned to an ultra-protein diet.
The amazing results of the health kick are being charted on her Jazz Lifts fitness blog, where she says she has lost a stone in eight through exercise.
Recently she even won in the 52kg weight category at the All England Powerlifting Championships.
After her victory she blogged: "Firstplace and feeling on top of the world. Bumpy start with squats, nowhere near what I know I can do but the nerves always get the better of me. Need to keep competing to try and combat those first lift jitters.
"I'm excited to be involved in such an empowering sport. To all the strong women that competed this weekend, I think you’re all mega.
"What a day!"
Jazmine weight trains sessions four or five times a week, throwing in a cardo sesh too.
