She recently revealed she shed 25kg of baby weight following the birth of her son Arnold in August last year.

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the 33-year-old former Biggest Loser trainer flaunted her rock solid abs during a workout.

Even her 10-month-old tot Arnold looked impressed, staring up at his hot mama with his mouth open.

If she had just finished a workout, there were no physical signs of exhaustion, with the fitness instructor glowing in an orange work out crop and her long blonde locks slicked up in a high ponytail.

In the caption, Tiffiny encouraged her 138,000 followers to commit to working out.

‘Commit to a time, tag your accountability buddy and leave me an [emoji] once you’ve completed your shine,’ she wrote.
