Naomie Olindo Poses in a Bikini to Show How Her "Body Fat MELTED Off"

3 min read

Naomie Olindo is a fashion pro, so it’s no wonder that her bikini game is on point. On July 3, the Southern Charm stunner took to Instagram to show off a photo of herself in a black, two-piece suit. With oversized sunnies, her sun-kissed hair pulled back, and a big smile on her face, Naomie looked gorgeous, happy, and impossibly fit.

In her caption, the L’abeye designer addressed that hard-won fitness head-on. “1.5 years ago I was unhealthy and pretty unhappy about it. I started working out with @chsfitnesspro or [Hlyo Fitness] 3x/week and making tiny changes to my lifestyle. I saw results, but felt like they weren’t proportionate to my efforts,” she shared. “I started IF and substituted my first meal of the day with a blender bomb smoothie … and body fat MELTED off in a few months.”

She added: “I still drink alcohol, eat candy, and eat cheat food all the time — but the key is to be more consistent than you are inconsistent. Going to the gym once is easy, eating one healthy meal is easy, but doing it consistently more than not is hard! That’s why it works.”

Naomie then revealed the biggest plus of her new, healthy regime. “Once my body got healthier the craziest thing happened, my mind got healthier too,” she shared. Take a peek at the stunner’s healthy glow, and read her caption for more tips on how to achieve balance in your own life (TBH, we’re always seeking advice in that department.)

How’s that for a little fitspo?
