How to do leg circles: Leg circles require you to lie flat on your back, with your arms on your side and palms down. While bending one knee to make an inverted “V” with your leg, laying your foot flat on the ground, raise the other leg perpendicular to your body. Circle the leg in the air. Try to make as big a circle as possible while keeping your lower back touched to the ground. Reverse and repeat. Repeat with the other leg also.
How do leg circles help: Leg circles use the core muscles of your abdomen for this exercise. They help in improving digestion and losing belly fat fast.
The one hundred
How to do the one hundred: This exercise requires you to lie down in the same position as you did for the leg circles. Lift your legs off the ground as high as you can, and lift your head and chest from the other side, too. Holding the pose, pump your arms up and down while inhaling for 5 counts and then exhaling for the next 5. Repeat the breathing pattern ten times while holding the pose.
How does the one hundred help: It helps to regulate breathing, reduce fat from arms, legs and belly. The exercise also improves metabolism, helping you lose weight faster.
How to do the scissor kick: Lie down on your back and lift one of your legs perpendicular to the body. Pull the leg backwards with the help of your hand and repeat the process with the other leg, while relaxing the first one. A scissor-like motion will be made with your legs in this exercise.
How does the scissor kick help: The scissor kick is very beneficial in weight loss from the thighs and legs and the belly. It uses the core muscles and the muscles in the legs. Improved digestion and metabolism are also benefits of this Pilates exercise.
